Image is Zopo Leader Standard (Not Max)

After the disappointing news from TCL, we could use a bit of a pick-me-up. The strong rumor is that Zopo will release an updated version of their ZP900 Leader ‘middle of this month’. Let’s hope this is bang-on. Even if many of us won’t be purchasing it, it will mean more companies soon to follow with quad-core offerings.

The great thing about Zopo is that what they leak nearly always come true within a very short time period, so we really should see this mammoth released inside the next 2 weeks.

Zopo ZP900 Max will feature a quad-core 1.5GHz CPU, 5.7″ HD IPS LCD, 1GB RAM / 16GB ROM, 2500mA battery and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

My only issue with this release is the size of the LCD. 5.7″ is just too big in GizBeat’s opinion. For those who don’t mind or want an LCD this big it looks phenomenal spec wise. The CPU clocked at a blazing 1.5GHz. Huge ROM and battery, IPS and JB – you can’t go wrong.
