I’ve been using the Pipo W3F with the Z3735F SoC and have found it to be quite solid for running Windows, allowing me to multi-task and even comfortably run apps such as PhotoShop CS6 with multiple tabs open in Chrome at the same time.
The possibility of adding TF SD storage make the Onda V919 Air further alluring, as you can install apps to the external SD (not included), while saving the internal 32GB for the Windows system.
If you’re looking for a budget tablet with a retina display, consider the Onda V919 Air.
