Xiaomi has taken a cue from Elephone and is now releasing new models about as fast as we can get them reviewed. The next new model up is the Redmi 3S aka Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro.
The Redmi 3 Mini is one of our favorite releases of the year so far. Great battery life, combined with slick looks, all components in working order, and a smooth Android experience.
However, we often found ourselves missing the great Touch-ID found on it’s bigger brother, Note 3 and Note 3 Pro. Xiaomi has now remedied that situation and is adding Touch-ID to the Redmi 3S / Redmi 3 Pro.
In addition, they’re including 3GB of RAM as opposed to 2GB and 32GB as opposed to 16GB.
False rumors
3S will come with 1080P(Redmi 3S will have 720P)
3S will be 3000mAh instead of 4000mAh(Redmi 3S will have 4000mAh battery)
3S will not have TF SD expansion capability(Redmi 3S can expand via TF SD)

We're very much looking forward to the Redmi 3S. This mobile may be difficult to get hands on the first month or so, but it should be worth the wait. The full review of the original Redmi 3 Mini can be seen here.
