Keep in mind these are alpha specifications and changes between now and the MT6795’s release are not unexpected. With that said, let us have a look.
MT6795 review CPU
That it would be 64-bit was already known, but what was not known about the CPU was exactly which core architecture it would be using. It appears the MT6795 will be using Cortex-A57 in tandem with Cortex-A53. The CPUs will be clocked at up to 2.2GHz and will operate using HMP synchronous technology.
Network compatibility includes the already discussed 4G/LTE FDD-LTE/TD-LTE and WCDMA, TD-SCDMA and EDGE / GSM. MT6795 will use MediaTek’s five-in-one modem – MT6630. Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct / Miracast, low-power Bluetooth, tri-band GPS / GLONASS, FM radio can all be included upon a manufacturer’s requirements.
I recently posted breaking news regarding MediaTek's next hot SoC to follow MT6595 - the 64-bit MT6795. Now a few more tidbits have been released regarding the MT6795.

<h5><span style="text-decoration: underline;">MT6795 review GPU</span></h5>
What I was not sure about was GPU. <a title="New MTK SoC! Review MT6795 & MediaTek SoC Roadmap!" href="http://www.gizbeat.com/4739/new-mtk-soc-review-mt6795-mediatek-soc-roadmap/">I theorized the possibility of an upgraded GPU in the MT6795</a> and while it appears the GPU will remain the same model as the <a title="MT6595 MTK6595 Review Specifications – MHL, USB 3.0, eMMC 5.0" href="http://www.gizbeat.com/4344/mt6595-mtk6595-review-specifications-mhl-usb-3-0-emmc-5-0/">G6200 in MT6595</a>, it will be clocked at 700MHz as opposed to 600MHz in MT6595 which should give it a significant bump in oomph.
<span class="notranslate">The GPU in the MT6795 will support up to 2560*1600 display, up to 20mp cameras and will have hardware support for H.265 4K video playback.</span>
<span style="text-decoration: underline;">MT6795 review other goodies</span>
<span class="notranslate">MT6795 can support dual channel LPDDR3 933MHz memory, MHL2.0, USB 3.0 and eMMC5.0</span>.
MT6795 may rear its beautiful head as soon as December 2014.
